As a not for profit corporation, Family Service Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. At its monthly meetings, the Board reviews financial activities, decides upon policy and determines goals for the agency.

As only 40% of the current budget is obtained through client fees, Board fundraising is critical to achieving Family Service Center's goal of providing mental health services to all in the community.
